su

tu donne le mot passe de l'utilisateur root

c'est logguer en root

je sais que la question peut paraitre stupide mais où se loger en Root (il n'est pas sur le paneau utilisateur)? (j'avais bien dis que je venais d'avoir linux ;-) )

ouai, essaye de te logguer en ROOT avant d'exécuter les commandes. Ca vient peut-être de là.
